[Routing] Travelling Salesman: issue with using H2 Database

Yes - I'm using travelling-salesman-1.0.3.jar in both cases. There seems to be a 
VERSION column defined in the database but for some reason my app
isn't picking it up. Do I need to define a config file of some kind? (my app 
currently doesn't have one)
