[Routing] Traveling Salesman: Barrier restriction for toll highways

Hi All and Markus.

Running route method for a different Start/End locations I've found that
method can't connect locations using 22 Kms bridge way which connects 2
biggest Denmark Islands *Sjælland and Fyn .*

Reason is, method consider this node

http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=55.3493823&lon=11.1087763&z=18&l=0&m=b

as not allowed, because bridge is tool highway and  barrier="toll_booth" is
exists for node.

Yes, toll booth is some kind of barrier, but any car could pass through it.
:-)

Questions are:
-How method is working for a lot of tool highways within EU? It is ignoring
them?
-Which other kind of barriers could happen in OSM data file for toll
highways?
