[Routing] Duration of gosmore planet rebuild

The latest and greatest runs on Nic's website:

I've not had time to incorporate his changes back into YOURS SVN.

Nic also has a version of eurasia and america.pak online in the same 
directory (from July).

I'm also having problems rebuilding new databases (64bit Ubuntu) where 
the process seems to go into an eternal loop somewhere. It could be a 
library difference, but I have been unable to find the problem yet and 
therefore download new databases built by Nic for a while.
