The data is now updated roughly every 2 hours and should at no time be 
older than 4.5 hours. A message below the map tells you the data time stamp.

There's also a primitive permalink function that will automatically 
encode your start and end points in the browser's location window so you 
can copy+paste that URL for future reference.
