[Routing] Time dependent/live traffic map data

Hello,

To my knowlege, there no such information on OSM, and probably won't
be before a long time as companies who have access to such data keep
them jealously.

However, some people on this list worked on research projets on time
dependent routing (or at least in labs that studied that topic). Maybe
if you're lucky they might give you some information on propretary
data that is not too difficult to get (myself, I have no clue).
