[Routing] Ferry routing

Thanks for the good suggestions. One final (maybe stupid) question, but I can't find any answers on the routing wiki. How quickly would one expect to see map changes reflected in the various routing services? If I'm fixing problems with the routes and the ferries, will those be reflected within a week? A month? (sounds like a year for Cloudmade).
