I will give the english menu phrases in respect for this list - but I am
quite convinced, you would understand the german menu phrases. ;-)
<Ctrl> + <Shift> + O ( "File" - "Download object...")
Choose "Object type" => Relation
Enter "Object ID" => 339483
Select "Download relation members"
You will get the relation and the relation member objects.
You may download the surrounding area additionally.
Of course this will work on the current server data solely.
If you want to edit your osm file locally - and you are sure you have
the new related objects there already, you may edit the relations "via
and "from" to
<member type="node" ref="31790041" role="via"/>
<member type="way" ref="49025950" role="to"/>
<member type="way" ref="10045914" role="from"/>
I assume, this is the intended situation - but I will reject any claims! ;-)
If you only want or can work locally:
You may export (copy and paste) the relation and all related objects
into a smaller osm file (care for the header and footer tags too) and
load that - just to check "your local" situation, if you want to.
