To be sure i understood correctly your question : Do You mean that :


1-      Rome data has this information stored in database, and,

2-      OSRM is ready to take this information into account in order to adjust the speed ?

do you have implicit maxspeeds tagged in Paris? In Rome this solved the problem mostly for us.
