Hello Martin,
Do you know how to check if this information is available in France graph and mainly for île-de-France / Paris ?
Best Regards,
Richard

Hi Martin,
To be sure i understood correctly your question : Do You mean that :
1- Rome data has this information stored in database, and,
2- OSRM is ready to take this information into account in order to adjust the speed ?
we have maxspeed tags on most roads even if no signs are posted. See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:source:maxspeed
This is of course not the same as travel time.
cheers,
Martin
