[OSM-Science] Call for Abstracts - Academic Track @ State of the Map 2019

Dear all,

This is just a friendly reminder that the scholarship application deadline
is fast approaching. Make sure to apply by March 30 in case you need some
support to join us at the State of the Map 2019 in Heidelberg, Germany.
Note that this is the general scholarship call (i.e. there is no separate
scholarship call for the Academic Track).
