[Sotm-asia] Welcome and Help Plan SotM Asia 2013!

Hi Everyone,

I'm excited for us to start planning State of the Map Asia for 2013! I
had so much fun in Tokyo last year and I think it would be great to
have a regional conference.

I've put up a very bare bones wikipage here:

Is there a preferred way to discuss? With the variety of languages a
play I was thinking email and/or IRC were probably best. At least for
once timezones will be in our favor!
