[Sotm-asia] Fwd: SOTM Asia Decision Making

Hi,

We have start detail discussion today for SoTM Asia. It gonna be around 
beginning of Feb.
Still decide for a period, one or two days.

The event will be separate from FOSS4G Asia which will be in Sept.
