[Sotm-asia] Fwd: SOTM Asia Decision Making

Alex,
I think there is no final decision from last long conversion that
Bangkok was chosen with a reason of FOSS4G.
I have proposed for voting on 15 Sept 2013. However, there is also no
response from the list.
In case, voting will make it clear. I still prefer voting.
However, please proposed how we could organize the vote, committee,
period etc. Since there is no proper idea for that thing yet from the list.
