lists.openstreetmap.org is full open mailing list.

We have to share and discuss about sponsars and other information.
And also, general mappers don't want read detaild TODOs.

We should divide, like

 sotm-asia at openstreetmap.org -> Full open discussing place for SotM Asia

 sotm-asia-team at googlegroups.com -> Core discussion place for SotM Asia
Committee like the team at stateofthemap.org

I've send invitations of sotm-asia-team at googlegroups.com to all committee
members.
