[Sotm-asia] SOTM-Asia this year?

Hi,

Just talked with Taichi and other asian OSM movers this week.  We are
thinking of doing SOTM Asia late this year, Philippines can host (no
guarantees but I am discussing with the local community).

If there is interest, let's start the discussion again.
