[Strategic] Forks and such

Hello,

I saw in the minutes, my request about hosting forks was passed to you 
(the strategic working group). I wondered how things are going in terms 
of OSM strategy, with regard to this issue and more generally (for my 
own interest)? I am available for discussions, if that would be helpful. 
You are probably well aware of the discussion groups on this issue (for 
a PD fork and for maintaining the CC-BY-SA license).

Btw, who is on the working group and are meetings regularly held or ad hoc?
