Welcome Eugene,

To date, the SWG is pretty informal.  Mikel has been tasked to form
the SWG, and this list was created for those with an interest in the
topic.  That may change in future as things formalize, but I say, in a
completely personal and unapproved by anybody else way, join in and
let us know what you think.
