[Strategic] next issues facing Strategic

Apologies if I got the details wrong on what exactly happened with Mapsomatic 
and MapQuest. Perhaps someone can forward this thread and ask for their input.

Nevertheless, we the general question of how and what OSM provides resources.

>From the other email on this topic it seems MapOSMatic was interested
in the support they received, but because the machine was a xen vm, IO
performance was too poor.  The email even says they would credit OSMF
*or* the company that provides hosting.
