[Strategic] today's meeting

Hi

We have standing a scheduled meeting at 5pm today, GMT+3.

I have to excuse myself ... this is my last week in Nairobi, and can't avoid a 
time conflict today.

If someone volunteers to Chair, please feel free to meet on IRC to continue the 
discussion on tile layers and resources policy.
Otherwise we can adjourn til next week. Note that next Thursday is Thanksgiving 
in the US, so I'd ask if we can move to Friday for that week.
