[Strategic] feedback from Board

Hi Strategic

Reading the minutes from yesterday, wanted to clarify on feedback from Board.

Tile Layers: Board is happy with the current wording. Strategic is ok to go 
ahead and refer next steps to CWG and TWG.

Budgeting: Treasurer wants to review this in more detail, and will have feedback 
for a future meeting.

Routing: Board had some feedback on this, and Oliver and Emelie were planning to 
write up their thoughts.
