[Strategic] Meeting 15 April 2011

We appear to be non-quorate today.  Only five members participated in
the discussion, while a few others were perhaps logging.

Three members neither appeared nor offered apologies in advance.

We were unable to approve minutes of last week as we had too few in
attendance for both last week and this meeting.

Nominal minutes are here, but we probably have to throw it away.
