[Strategic] focus

I like your last idea most speaking personally. You could imagine 
something like Thea's event in Atlanta (I think?) but scaled up 
nationally. Maybe on GIS day or something. It makes it super easy to 
distribute the efforts and very press worthy.

So is there anything we or others can do? It sounds like your time 
commitments are changing, will that fix things? Are there other changes? 
I want to get a concrete idea as your newest member of what will be 
done, how this stuff breaks down. It doesn't have to be immediately of 
course.
