[Strategic] AoA meeting

Hi all,

My evening is really swamped with all kinds of OSMF work.

I'm not sure if I'm going to be 100% available for today's AoA meeting.

What we need to do is (as far as i can see):
Set up a proposal to put forward to the membership for acceptance. To
achieve this:

With the
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Strategic_working_group/Articles_of_Association_Reviewdocument:
- Have all the items numbered (so it's easier to amend them during the
meeting.
- Have all the open questions answered.
- Look for missing items

If we all can have a look at those items and work on it, we could make the
best out of this meeting....

I'll try to be online on the IRC....
