[Strategic] AoA meeting

Hi all,

In 2 hours from now our weekly AoA meeting is planned.

During the discussion last week about the group-signup there are some things
to consider.
- When are new members allowed to vote: If they sign-up right before the
meeting, can they vote?
- When can you run for board? The first day of your membership, or do you
need to be member for an x amount of time (6 months was suggested
somewhere).

May there are some other issues arisen during the mail-discussion ....
