Wanted to forward some very quick notes from the face to face, brainstorming the 
kinds of things WGs could think about in budgeting....

- Bounties, e.g. a site redesign.
- Attract new contributors through clever PR
- Quality map printing
- Professional support for WGs

What do we do with the money?
Do bouties, e.g. a site redesign bounty.
PR - how can we attract new contributors/users?
Print walking papers
Hire professionals to support WGs (e.g. user experience WG and LGW) - WGs 
should come with estimates.
Agree on a budget, dedicate a part of the budget for WGs. Then decide when to 
grant money to the WG on a case-by-case basis.
