There is now a fair amount of detail so to give a high level view and 
possibly help Henk with writing the list emails, some of the things that 
we're looking at includes:

  * Membership,  who are the members? What Are the different types of 
member (Personal, Corporate, Chapters) should different member types 
have different rights associated with there membership.

  * Entrenchment, we're looking at entrenching some of OSMF's core 
values and locking the assets. What are the core values and and what are 
our assets, and what should happen to those assets in the unlikely event 
that  OSMF were to fold. If something is entrenched then it needs a 100% 
vote to change so this should only cover the essentials.

  * Board - How many people on the board (7)? How long do they serve (2 
years)? Should there be a maximum time limit? How do we pick a chairperson?

  * Voting - How do we vote (we're proposing STV), what things need a 
2/3rd's majority?

There are some other things, but I think this covers most of the 
important area's.
