[Strategic] My accidental SWG membership

Hi,

due to a ping by Richard, I became aware now that I'm on the list of
SWG members. However, this is a bit of an overstatement - I joined the
IRC channel back then because I was interested in the tile layer
guidelines (hoping to offer the http://hikebikemap.de tiles). Since
then, I just lurked in the channel and never was there at the time of
the meetings, nor cast any vote etc. Just reading the backlogs after
the fact felt increasingly awkward and even a bit sneaky, so I left
the channel a few weeks ago.

If it's okay, I would drop into the channel every once in a while, but
as an interested visitor instead of being a "real" member.

(I'll now see what the CWG statement about the accepted tile layer
guidelines is.)
