Having more complete minutes might be easier to achieve than having
everyone "spend some time on the board"... ;-)
Would it be possible to have a full recording of the meetings like SWG
does with their irc logs? This would be the least amount of effort to
improve the minutes and would give everyone who wishes a more complete
picture of what the board does.
