[Strategic] AoA meeting today >> Don't know if I can make it

Sounds fine to me. After a week of hardware failures I finally managed 
to update the Membership, the Prevention of Hostile takeovers, General 
Meetings and Board Elections sections so that they should cover 
everything that we've talked about in our meetings.
