Or the Australian mappers can among themselves decide that the legal status in 
Australian traffic law is too vage to map and use other criteria. I'd suggest 
to them to use talk-au for that or else non-Australians are going to disturb 
the discussion.

Afterwards put your "decision" on the wiki, so more new Australian mappers 
will notice it.
