Adding a oneway tag explicitly says that it flows that way. If there's
no oneway tag it may have been mapped without regard for or knowledge
of the direction. It also makes it possible to see errors - how are
you going to get enough eyeballs if none of those eyeballs can see
which way the waterways are tagged?
