The suggestion is to tag the buildings that house the emergency services 
as 'emergency'. This is wrong IMO. Amenity is sufficient.
A part of the service that ambulances provide maybe for an emergency, 
but as has been mentioned elsewhere that's not the full service.

Again, If it ain't broke...

In an emergency you don't give damn where that building is, just how 
quickly the ambulance can get to you.
Emergency should be used for items that you need to find in an emergency.
