+1, I will make a proposal for this as soon as there is some time.

while this is generally true, there are also exceptions (e.g. [1],
maybe [2]), and not all structure beeing taller than wide are towers
(especially when they're small they might not be called a tower). So
this definition serves in case you already know what a tower is but
should not be used to exclude objects from beeing towers.
