Would something like this work, Val?

Personal Airstrip:
aeroway=aerodrome
aerodrome=airstrip
access=private

RC Airstrip:
aeroway=aerodrome
aerodrome=rc_airstrip

Another possibility for RC Airstrip:
aeroway=aerodrome
aerodrome=airstrip
aircraft_type=radio_controlled
