Sounds like a good idea.

There is also another proposal: residental home
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Residential_home)
with tagging amenity=residential_home +
residents=childen/veterans/disabled/etc. Maybe we should merge these
proposals.
