How do you define "separate"? Most of the bus lanes here are
separated, but cars can cross the obstacles if they had to

actually this picture was taken 3 years ago --- after many of the
reflectors broke due to crossing cars they changed them by round ones
screwed to the road and after those broke they put bigger ones, ;-) so
the actual state is more separated, but still if you really want to
you can cross them by car.
