[Tagging] Successful proposal

Hi friends of good tagging,
maybe I understood sth. wrong, but I'm sure you can clear the situation.
On 2010-09-23 the vote on the craft-proposal [1] finished with 35
approving and 0 opposing. After that I added the new tags to the
map-features page. On 2010-10-05 some one called Jonobennett removed the
tag from the map-features page [3], because they are undocumented and
not used.
So my questions are:
- what documentation is needed in addition to the tag description
page [4]
- what is the proposal process for it does not count and only the
number of uses is of interest?
I can say that it's unimaginable depressing to spend days of discussion,
writing, nights of fiddeling with the tag templates, set reminders in my
calender, write dozens of emails and seeing this as the result. I
really, really hope that this is only a mistake.
