For me, a kiosk is a special kind of a (very small) shop, as a
supermarket is a special kind of shop. We don't tag the kind of stuff
you'll buy in a supermarket. Same thing here.
However, it is a misconception in the wiki, that shop=kiosk must be a
special kind of building. A kiosk can just be a window or part of a fuel
station, or ...
If you find a kiosk, mark it as shop=kiosk.
So if you find a kiosk *building*, you could mark it as building=kiosk.
