[Tagging] What tags to use on a scenic route?

I just created a relation for the Green Mountain Scenic Byway (which
is marked with signs like

Other than network=Florida Scenic Highways, is there anything else
that should be added, perhaps scenic=yes or tourism=scenic_route?
