[Tagging] Chamber of Commerce?

I think its not really an amenity, it would fit better as some sort of 
office - http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:office

Maybe office=chamber_of_commerce ? Or something more generic, like 
office=business_association ?
