Both the IRC and Mailing lists have their strengths and weaknesses,
the challenge we face is that ideas that are given from 1 mode of
communication are not translated into some better, and more clear
documentation.
Anyway, I'm off this list for a little while, as it appears that Serge
doesnt like and is bothered by my postings. Especially on OSM
Foundation monitored channels.
Like i meantioned earlier, when im complete my review, i'll post my
findings and invite to OSM community to shair their ideas.
