[Tagging] Tagging several old_name's

[Dmitry Granovsky]

name:YYYY-YYYY is not bad. However, we have to somehow combine it with
name:LANG tags: name:en:1945-1954 or name:1945-1954:en.

Have you ever seen it implemented?
