In Spain they are Official Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation and
all bussiness become inmediate members of the provicinal one, that is: all
bussiness are members of one of the Chambers.
They all offical places, regulated by law. they are not part of the gov. nor a
gov. delegate, but they are compulsory. So I suggest
office=chamber_of_commerce and let each country to estabish details about what
belongs and what does not belong to the tag.
