yes, but if it is part of a waterway, it would for consistencies sake
IMHO be better to keep it there. Above there was an example given
about a river that goes through an inverted siphon for instance. IMHO
this should remain river, even though the piped part is far from
"natural"
For the default and incline stuff: since I do mapping waterways had a
direction, and there was never need to add extra tags for this. If it
makes you feel more secure I don't mind if you add it, but I don't
want it to become a "requirement".
