[Tagging] power=tower or pole?

-1, poles are solid, the one you show is probably a tube. If you
compare to the images in the wiki:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Pole3.jpg

you will also find that they are smaller.

so this might be a tower as well (see that the definition for tower
includes pylons).

The problem is that tower is not a well adaptable term, pole neither.
The latter is a single, solid cylinder (though refering to the
construction type) while tower is a very generic term refering to a
structure usually taller than wide.

that is 3 poles, and therefore not corresponding to the wiki
definition (single pole). Either you tag it tower or we change the
pole definition, or we add another type of supporting structure.

nice pictures, but I can't see any pole in it.
