This proposal for "brand" and "operator" shouldn't replace the main tag
"name".
"You" are creating a mess and overwhelming complicated tagging schema for
something that must remain simple for our contributors: write what you see
on the facade into the tag "name", whatever it is a restaurant, a bank, an
hotel or a gas station.
