[Tagging] types of surveillance cameras

Maybe it could also be interesting to describe where the camera is
mounted (pole / wall / etc.). Recently I found this strange camera in
Heidelberg on top of the roof of the church mounted _up_wards (I guess
it could be a webcam / weathercam for tourists or sth. similar):
