[Tagging] difference between cycletrack and cycleway

Sorry to post this in the wrong mailing list then. So almost all cycleways
going through the country
should be tagged as paths (since they rarely have such a sign). Well, then
there is a lot of work to do.

I believe this discussion can be closed.
