And how will we handle places that hire both cars and trucks?

Maybe something like this:

Car rental only:

amenity=car_rental

Truck rental only
amenity=truck_rental

Both:
amenity=car_rental
truck_rental=yes

It would be good to make sure this situation is handled up front.
