-1, the difference is that boundary describes the administrative area
while place describes the built-up area. If the two are the same,
there is no difference.

-1, "geschlossene Ortschaft" is not an administrative term, it is a
term from traffic laws and is distinct from both (it is neither place
nor admin boundary)
